Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sex toys and adult items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or the packaging is unsealed.

This policy ensures the highest hygiene standards and safety for all our customers.

✅ Eligible Returns (Unopened Only)

We may accept returns **only if the product is:

Unused
Unopened
In its original, sealed packaging
Within 14 days of delivery**

Once approved, return packages should be sent to:

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🛠 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at adultara.shop@gmail.com with:

Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
Processing times may vary by bank or card provider
